The Work Behind
Every Order

01

Supplier & Fulfillment Coordination

Growth stalls when the connection between your suppliers and fulfillment partners breaks down.

I coordinate purchase orders, production timelines, inbound shipments, and fulfillment requirements, keeping inventory availability and supplier commitments aligned as your business grows.

02

Inventory Management

Inventory decisions affect nearly every part of your business, including cash flow, storage, and your ability to keep selling.

I monitor sell-through, forecast needs, plan replenishment, and help you make purchasing decisions based on what your business is actually doing.

03

Ecommerce & Channel Operations

There is always something moving behind a storefront.

I manage the day-to-day operational work across your sales channels, listings, and fulfillment issues, so problems get caught and handled before they cost you.

04

Profitability

Revenue alone doesn't tell you whether your business is actually working.

I track the operational decisions that affect your margins, from inventory and fulfillment costs to channel fees, so growth improves your bottom line instead of eating into it.

Klaviyo Flows
& Automations

Email is part of how customers experience your business, from their first purchase to waiting for a product to return. I help Shopify brands set up focused Klaviyo flows with clear messages, considered timing, and a plan for how each automation should work.

We start with the customer experience you want to improve and review your current store and email setup. From there, we agree on the flows, copy, email layout, testing, and handoff your project needs.

Inventory & Product Availability

Back-in-stock alerts and replenishment reminders for products customers use regularly, with timing based on product use and the information available in your setup.

Purchase & Customer Follow-Up

Welcome, abandoned checkout, and post-purchase flows that help customers understand your products and what to expect after buying.

Preorders & Delays

A communication plan and email copy for preorder milestones or changing delivery dates, with automation scoped around reliable updates from your operation.

Available as a standalone project. Pricing is based on the number of flows, your current setup, and the work involved. You can inquire about a Klaviyo project at any stage of your business.

How TRUSS Works

01

Discovery Call

We look at how your operation currently works, where coordination is becoming difficult, and what needs greater attention.

02

Onboarding

I learn how your business currently operates, including your suppliers, systems, numbers, responsibilities, and immediate priorities, so we can establish exactly what I will manage.

03

Ongoing Management

I take over the coordination within our agreed scope and keep you updated through a shared dashboard instead of a scramble of emails.

04

Growth

As your business changes, I adjust the systems, priorities, and level of coordination supporting it.

BUILT FOR BRANDS WITH
MORE TO COORDINATE.

TRUSS works with established product-based ecommerce brands that need experienced operational support across suppliers, inventory, fulfillment, and sales channels.

  • — You work with multiple suppliers, manufacturers, or fulfillment partners.
  • — You carry inventory and need more reliable purchasing and replenishment planning.
  • — You sell through Shopify, Amazon, wholesale, or multiple channels.
  • — Operational coordination is consuming too much of your time as the founder.
  • — You need someone to manage ongoing execution, not just provide recommendations.

I BUILT TRUSS FOR THE PART OF ECOMMERCE MOST PEOPLE OVERLOOK.

The storefront is only one part of a product-based business. Behind it is a network of suppliers, purchase orders, inventory decisions, fulfillment partners, sales channels, fees, and deadlines that all have to work together.

TRUSS exists to manage that network.

I started my career building the front end of Shopify stores, but studying Supply Chain Management drew my attention to the operation behind the storefront and how products move through the business. I built TRUSS around the belief that suppliers, inventory, fulfillment, sales channels, and profitability cannot be managed effectively in isolation.

I work directly with founders to strengthen the operation behind the brand, protect profitability, and create the structure needed to grow across channels and markets. Every engagement is handled directly by me, with close attention to the details and relationships that keep the business moving.

$1,500 ONE-TIME
ONBOARDING FEE

Ongoing operations management starts at $3,000 per month, with a $1,500 one-time onboarding fee. Standalone Klaviyo projects are quoted separately based on scope.

Business Fit

This level of support generally makes the most sense for established product-based brands generating at least $60,000 per month in ecommerce revenue, although revenue is only one part of the equation.

Possible Scope

Every engagement is scoped around the needs of the business. Your monthly management plan may include supplier communication, purchase-order tracking, inventory planning, inbound shipment coordination, 3PL communication, channel issue management, operational reporting, and profitability monitoring. SKU count, account complexity, sales channels, inventory volume, and the level of operational support you need all factor into the final scope.

Screening Process

Before we schedule a call, I will ask you a few questions about your business so I can understand where you are today and whether TRUSS is the right fit. If it makes sense to move forward, I will send you a link to schedule a conversation. We will talk through your business, what you need help with, and what working together could look like.

FAQ

Can I hire TRUSS just for Klaviyo flows?
Yes. Klaviyo flow setup is available as a standalone project. We agree on the flows, copy, layout, testing, and handoff before work begins. This offering focuses on flow setup and improvement; ongoing promotional campaigns and monthly email management are outside the standard project scope.
How is TRUSS different from a fulfillment company or 3PL?
I do not store inventory or fulfill orders. I manage the planning, communication, and handoffs between your suppliers, fulfillment partners, and sales channels so the operation remains aligned.
Do you work with brands that sell on Amazon and Shopify?
Yes. I support product-based brands selling through Shopify, Amazon, wholesale, and other channels where inventory and fulfillment need to remain coordinated.
What size brand is a good fit?
Ongoing operations management is generally best suited to established product-based brands generating at least $60,000 per month, with suppliers, inventory, fulfillment partners, or multiple sales channels to coordinate. Revenue is one consideration, but the complexity of the operation and the level of support needed matter just as much. Standalone Klaviyo projects are available to Shopify brands at earlier stages too, with scope based on your current setup and needs.
How involved will I need to be?
You remain involved in major business and financial decisions, but you no longer have to personally manage every follow-up and handoff. I handle the ongoing coordination within our agreed scope and keep you informed through a shared dashboard.
Does TRUSS replace my suppliers, freight providers, or 3PL?
No. TRUSS works across your existing network and manages the communication, planning, follow-through, and operational handoffs between the partners responsible for moving your products.
Is there a minimum commitment?
Ongoing operations management begins with a three-month commitment. This gives me enough time to understand your operation, address immediate priorities, and establish a consistent management rhythm. After the initial term, the engagement continues month to month. Standalone Klaviyo projects have their own agreed scope, timeline, and support period.
How long does onboarding take?
Onboarding typically takes two to four weeks, depending on the complexity of your business and how quickly access, documents, and partner information are provided. During this time, I review your current operation, connect with the relevant partners, confirm priorities, and establish how the work will be managed.
Do you work with international suppliers?
Yes. TRUSS can coordinate with both domestic and international suppliers. The scope may include production timelines, purchase orders, documentation, inbound shipments, and communication between your suppliers and fulfillment partners.
Do you handle freight or customs directly?
I coordinate with your freight forwarders, customs brokers, suppliers, and fulfillment partners, but I do not act as the freight carrier or customs broker. My role is to keep the required information moving, follow shipment progress, and make sure each partner understands what is needed for the handoff.
What happens after I submit the inquiry form?
I review your information to determine whether your needs fall within the scope of TRUSS. If the business appears to be a good fit, I will email you a link to schedule a discovery call. During the call, we will discuss your current operation, where you need support, and what an engagement could include. If TRUSS is not the right fit, I will let you know rather than scheduling a call that is unlikely to be useful.
